entrepreneurial management team with expertise that comprises
international business, technology, marketing and dealer network
development:
Roy Bradshaw, President
Roy Bradshaw has over 30 years experience in advanced technologies
including IT and OSS, as well as wireless, wireline and IP
communications. He has held senior management positions in
operations, marketing and sales, business development and
partner/channel and management. His career includes varied
management roles of growing responsibility with such industry
leaders as StorageTech, CommTech and Sun Microsystems.
John T. Bell, B.A., C.E.T., Bus. Dipl., V.P.
John has over 36 years experience in the computer and
telecommunications industry with companies such as Digital Equipment
and Bell Canada. He directed Bell Canada’s international consulting
effort in Central and South America and led business development
initiatives for customer network management and Bell Northern
Research’s desktop conferencing research. John was a co-founder and
vice president of Interactive Technologies International, a
consulting firm focused on secure remote access and multimedia
conferencing. John also managed the business development portfolios
with Prestige Telecom for their engineering and project management
practice and focused on major North American telephone operators and
telecom equipment manufacturers. He holds an Arts degree from the
University of Western Ontario and a diplomas in Control Engineering
and Business from McMaster University.
Gary Gross, Vice-President Sales
Gary Gross brings almost 30 years of sales related
experience to PCC. In this role as VP of Sales he leads he sales
efforts within commercial organizations, VARS, federal, state, local
and country-level governments. most recently Gary served as VP of
Sales for Netspan, a conferencing solutions company, where his
responsibilities included building the global value added reseller
(VAR) channel, business development, and overseeing customer service
and training. prior to that Gary lead a sales team for Telecomputing,
an international application service provider (ASP), overseeing
sales of outsourced hosting services and creating a reseller
channel. Gary received a BS in Marketing, Management &
Administration from Indiana University.
David Dawson, M.Eng, P.Eng
David has over 35 years of experience in the high
tech industry spanning both the commercial and technical perspectives.
Initially focusing on the technical aspects, he was involved in IT and
communications development and implementation for 28 years with Bell
Canada and Systemhouse in Canada and Europe. He has spent the last
11 years providing business development and relationship management
support for equipment and software companies, service providers, ISPs
and resellers in the telecom sector in Asia, Europe and North America.
This included living for 6 years in India and 2 years in Taiwan.
He holds a Masters of Engineering (Computer Science) and an Electrical
Engineering degree.
